Vicki Dillard Crowe

It's been awhile since I did any research on Vicki Dillard Crowe. I recently got an email from one of my readers - they directed me to the Crowe's Nest Website. Here is the quote from the homepage:

Crowe's Nest is a manifold community focused family of firms. We endeaver [sic] to provide resources for the complex anatomy of real estate and support our community residents.

Don't you just love it? Never mind the spelling error, the part I love is where they say "we". And of course they don't commit to who "we" is. And the mailing address is a PO Box. What could possibly go wrong here?

When I looked at this Website, my thought was - this is an act of desperation. The end is near. So I checked the Arapahoe County foreclosure Webpage, and sure enough - Vicki Dillard Crowe shows up on several properties. To be fair - I'm not sure how deep she is - at least one property says she filed an "Intent to Cure".

As it turns out, Jumpin' Jim Crowe also shows up on the foreclosure page. As a reminder, Jim Crowe is not related to and has never met Vicki Dillard or Jamaica Crowe.

Have a listen to the audio. Notice the smooth way that Mr Paniz complements the Forensic Appraisal Website. At the end of the message, listen carefully to what he says, and the way he says it - about the value he needs. I did a very quick check at Zillow and MLS, and came up empty for this address. I wonder if this address is just bare dirt - but I'm not sure and don't have time to do any more research. This could be some kind of scam.
