I received your letters dated 9/21/04 (copy 1 and copy 2 attached). In response:
- Your letters use the name Robert Stacy McDonald and Robert Teresa Cota. In each case, the word “Robert” is incorrect. I assume that this is some sort of typo.
- Your letters state that you received my “appraisal review report”. I would like to be clear that I intended to file a complaint. Please confirm that both of these matters will be treated as a complaint.
- If a case number has been assigned, please tell me what the case numbers are.
