This will confirm receipt of your “letter” – undated and written on a sticky note (copy attached).  Presumably your reference by the red arrow tab indicated you were asking me to “please file” a complaint against Kevin Thistle, license # CR40024770.

In response:   I somewhat expected this kind of response (asking me to please file a complaint) concerning Adam Conner (License # AL40031008) who is now famous for his work with Shawn Tieskotter and the “Dream Team”.

I am fully prepared and expect to file “specific and documentable [sic]” complaints against appraisers Kevin Thistle, Adam Conner, William Linn (AR40036215), John Zabriskie (AL40022958), and perhaps others.

Under the circumstances, I have decided to wait and see how things go with the complaints I have already filed.  I do not wish to overwhelm your office because I have heard that your budget has been reduced.  Specifically, I am waiting on news about a complaint that I filed against Stacy McDonald (AL40022342) on 8/2/04.  I am unable to determine if there has been any resolution on this complaint.

As you may know, in September of 2005 I filed 20 complaints (summary below).  I received the standard form letter on the first 3.  I am completely in the dark as to the status of the other 17.  I respectfully request that you please confirm receipt of the 20 complaints so that I know they did not get lost in the mail.
